This rose is for you Dan Sweeney

My boyfriend Dan Sweeney died in 2007.  When I got the garden that summer, I bought a rose bush in his memory, actually it was one of those Parade Rose bushes.  The bush has grown and flourished every year.  I think of him every time my eyes see my garden.  Aren't they pretty?
